| Established in 1952,Tangshan High Voltage Porcelain Insulator Works is the national level plant manufacturing specially solid-core post insulator . With the total capital of 170,000,000 RMB , it covers area of 77,4000 sq.m , and floorage of 51,000 sq.m . there're two wet plastic making produce lines and one isostatic pressing production line in the plant , which can produce different types of rod type strut .With 37.57% of the occupancy in domestic market , the annual output of rod type strut is over 70,000 pieces . come out top in domestic craft brother. |

The leading products of the plant are solid-core post insulators with rated voltage of 126-800 kV and insulator used for SF6 Circuit Breaker with rated voltage of over 126 kV . The plant designs and produces strictly according to IEC60168"Tests on indoor and outdoor post insulators of ceramic material or glass for systems with nominal voltages greater than 1000V"and GB8287.1"High voltage post insulators of ceramic material Technical specification" . Therefore , with features of high reliability , low dispersiveness and good margin , our products are used widely in the 126-800 kV converting station . Used as insulation and apparatus , it is fit for the temperature between -40℃ ~ +40℃,and its mounting height above sea level reach 4000 meters .Factory can produce different kinds of insulators for sanitary area ,low-grade polluted area , mid-grade polluted area , and serious polluted area , commonly we use brown glaze , also we can use white glaze according to the customer's requirement , and galvanize on the surface of metallic accessory. | |||||
